UNITED STATES & CANADA

Terms: Open Account status may be established by submitting credit information to the Accounting Department at Penta Laboratories, and terms of Net 30 days from date of invoice may be extended upon approval. If sufficient time to process application is not received the order will be shipped C.O.D.

We currently accept Visa and MasterCard issued by a United States Bank. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number--the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

Prices: All quoted prices refer to components meeting commercial specifications. If military approval is specifically required it must be so stated at the time of order. All prices subject to change without notice.

Transportation: Orders are F.O.B. Penta Laboratories in Chatsworth, CA unless otherwise stipulated. Shipment will be made via a variety of approved carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, Airborne, etc. unless special handling is required or special factors dictate the use of alternate methods. Air freight is available upon request, with additional expenses billed to the purchaser.

Shipping Damages & Claims: All merchandise is carefully inspected prior to shipment. It should be inspected immediately upon receipt and the carrier notified if any damages are found. Notify the carrier for a damage inspection. Retain all original shipping containers for inspection, pending instructions from the carrier. All claims for shortages must be made within 7 days after receipt of shipment.

Warranty: All products are sold with the manufacturer's guarantee. We expressly limit our liability to any guarantees extended by the manufacturer. No warranty will apply if product is altered or modified in any way.

Returns: All returns must be accompanied by a "Return Authorization" which may be obtained from our Customer Service Department. Please call 818/882-3872 or email Customer Service at customerservice@pentalabs.com. Return shipments must be prepaid and not subject to credit until manufacturer has determined cause of failure.

INTERNATIONAL

Terms of Payment. (1) An Irrevocable Letter of Credit, payable at sight confirmed by any major U.S. bank. All bank charges in country of origin and in U.S. are for buyers' account. (2)Payment with order, in U.S. funds, by check, bank draft or telex transfer to our account (to be supplied upon request). (3) Open terms pending approval of credit.

Minimum Order: $50.00 per shipment.

Transportation: All shipments are F.O.B. Penta Laboratories warehouse. All charges, including inland freight, documentation and handling are for buyers' account. Shipments will be handled by our freight forwarders unless other arrangements are mutually agreed upon.

Special Certifications: Requests for Certificate of Origin, Warranty certificates of any other certification must be made at time of inquiry to avoid possible misunderstandings and delays.

Other Conditions: Same as U.S. and Canada.
